Children's Medical Services (CMS) assists and case manages children from birth to 21 years of age with chronic medical conditions. Children can have Medicaid, Peachstate, private or no insurance coverage. We can help pay for medications, doctor’s appointments, and equipment. We house on-site clinics for the following: Neurology, Nephrology, Orthopedics, and Developmental. Off-site we have a Hearing Clinic. We can make referrals to specialists and other public health agencies. Some of the diagnoses that CMS covers are: Cerebral Palsy, Seizures, Asthma, Diabetes, Hearing and Vision Loss, Genetic and Cardiac disorders.
